One of the main characters in the book needs PROPOFOL to stay in a medically induced coma to save her life.

But this character, unconscious for 99% of the novel, is the only person who understands the dynamics of a world-wide conspiracy too horrible to even speak about.

The novel takes the reader on a roller coaster ride across three continents to unravel layers of mystery and intrigue and unspecified threats.
